Samantha Watson is a senior paralegal in our private client team, working closely with clients and solicitors on wills, probate and wider estate planning matters.

With a strong background in private client work, Samantha supports solicitors across a broad range of matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estate administration. She is known for her careful attention to detail and organised, methodical approach.

Since completing her law degree, Samantha has worked on a wide variety of private client matters, assisting with the day-to-day management of files, preparation of documents and progression of estates. She plays an important role in helping matters move forward efficiently while ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout.

Samantha graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a 2:1 Law degree and continues to develop her knowledge alongside her role, combining practical experience with a thoughtful, client-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to high standards of care.
