Head of Private Client
Emma is Head of Private Client at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors and an experienced legal executive with over 15 years’ experience in the legal field. She joined Thomas Mansfield in 2019 after gaining invaluable experience at a well-known Legal 500 Firm in Tunbridge Wells. She has excellent expertise and experience in dealing with all aspects of probate and estate administration work and also advises on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. She also has experience with property law and regularly drafts Declarations of Trust regarding equitable shares of property.
Emma also has extensive experience dealing with estate administration work with international elements involved, including dealing with estates where the deceased died with dual nationality status leaving assets in multiple countries, where the deceased was non-UK domicile but had UK assets and where the deceased was UK domicile but had assets worldwide.
Emma is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is studying to become a fellow member in order to work towards her Legal Practice Course and become qualified as a solicitor.
