Simple Probate Offer

What is simple Probate?

If you have suffered a bereavement, you may be wondering what to do once you have registered the death of the person who has died.

Probate is an umbrella term often used to describe the process of administering a person’s estate. It is a widely used term but Probate (Grant of Representation) is the physical document issued by the Court which gives the power to the Executors to administer the estate. There are various types of applications that can be made for Grant of Representation but for the purpose of our simple Probate service, we are referring to the Grant of Probate which is issued by the Courts where the deceased left a valid Will. You can read more information on our Probate page.

Our lawyers have considerable experience in dealing with bereavements and managing the related legal, tax, property and estate administration.
